Booking Confirmation:
By making a reservation through Dive A Day, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The booking confirmation sent via email constitutes your acceptance of the reservation and these terms.
Booking Eligibility:
All divers must meet the minimum age and certification requirements specified by the respective dive operators to participate in the selected diving trips.
Booking Modification and Cancellation:
a. Modification: You may modify your booking, subject to availability and any applicable fees, by contacting our admin via chat or email.
b. Cancellation: To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via chat or email. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the time of cancellation and the specific policies of the dive operator.

Payment:
a. Payment terms will be shared via confirmation email within 48 hours after you have completed the book on request forms.

Price and Currency:
a. The prices displayed on Dive A Day are in Thai Baht (THB).
b. Dive A Day reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes or fees, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, once you have booked and received a booking confirmation, the price remains fixed, subject to any modifications or cancellations made by you.

a. Dive A Day acts as an intermediary between you and the dive operators. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays incurred during the diving trips.

Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel and diving insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and equipment losses.
Changes and Cancellations by Dive Operators:
a. Dive A Day is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by the dive operators. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you promptly and assist with finding suitable alternatives.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
